internet hobbies....what is it that people do?

Question by april: internet hobbies....what is it that people do?
I am a SAHM and my youngest child will be starting school in Aug. I am pregnant, due in Sept., and also will be graduating college in June. I will be home alone all day while my husband is at work and will probably lose my mind....unless I find something to do on the internet to keep me entertained throughout the day til the kids get out of school and my hubby gets home. So I was just wondering what people do? I know alot of people depend on the internet for their sanity but I have no idea what they do on here......I get on and check my email and then just sit here staring at the screen. I would also like to meet people (other moms, preferably) and actually talk to people (I have opinions on things I would like to share with someone other than my husband) and form friendships with people (if that's even possible). So please just tell me what you do on the internet and what it is that people can't live without on here! Thanks so much! I appreciate it!

personally, addiction to the internet comes from CURIOUSITY
i read news(, ask questions, look for answers, new useful softwares, vwatch movies, documentary, download music, wikipedia, sometimes facebook, searching jobs, create website
top rated articles, blogs, guru, stumbleupon......BLAblaendless bla
